
YOU'LL NEED....
2.)Brown the Beef Burger in a skillet...
3.)Chop up..(how ever fine you'd like) peppers, onions, and all garlic...
4.)Add Butter to the chopped vegetables and simmer in Microwave till soft...
5.)Add one can of Tomato Paste to browned hamburger and pinch of sugar...
6.)Add Lasagna noodles to boiling water..cook till Al-dente'...
7.)Drain 2/3's fluid from simmered vegetables...
8.)Add one can Tomato Paste to vegetables...
9.)Lightly rinse cooked noodles...
10.)Spray pan with non-stick cooking spray...
11.)Put one layer of noodles down..
12.)make one layer of half the Burger and Tpaste mix...
13.)Sprinkle with 1/4 the Parmesan / Romano Topping...
14.)Add Ricotta..spoon out and spread on meat/paste mixture...
15.)Add another layer of noodles..
(layering noodles should slightly overlap for firm cutting)
16.)Add half vegetable/paste mix...
17.)Sprinkle 1/3 of the Mozzarella and Cheddar and 1/2 Provolone...
18.)Repeat steps 11 - 17...
19.)Last layer add rest of noodles...
20.)Add spread tomato puree on top...
(all over to keep noodles from getting to crispy and brown)
21.)Sprinkle with some more Parmesan / Romano cheese...
22.)Dust with Garlic Powder...
23.)Top with rest of Mozzarella and Cheddar...
24.)Cover with Foil on top..(do not let foil touch top)
25.)Bake..you can stick a knife in it to see if all cheese is melted..

1.)The other Can of Tomato Puree with some Garlic Powder

Serve with Garlic Bread and a Tossed Salad with Italian Olive Oil Dressing
