Tired of getting constant system crashes, freeze ups, irregular error messages?
well kicking around the PC might seem like a good idea, but won't help..
Allot of times...simple "normal PC" problems will seems like viruses.

Chances are....your PC is just suffering from a fever....yep...it's having a heat stroke.
Computer chips run very very hot..like an iron...and those tiny fans really get
a work out, and are made quite cheap, so they really don't last last too long.

1.) turn off your computer and carefully remove the case....make sure you have all those
tiny screws together in one spot, a misplace screw inside your PC can short the whole thing out!
Ooops! (never use anything magnetic .or magnetized around the inside of your computer!)

2.) after you make sure that nothing is in the way, turn your computer back on, and watch
your fans. There should be one on the CPU..
(on the big circuit board thingy we call the motherboard)
and there will be on inside your Power supply, (that one you can see from the rear of the case)
And you may also have a bigger fan..either in the front or back of a Tower type case. Are they
all running? Making any noises..(other than fans do) like a squealing or buzzing sound?

3.) with the power OFF, you may also want to take a camel hair paint brush and dust them off or
some people like to use what is called "canned air"..you really should DUST the inside
of your PC regularly anyhow...fans run about $8 to $10 and you can replace it yourself!

Don't be afraid there's no Green Monsters in there...with the power off and unplugged...
remove the fan..if it is a case fan..it just unscrews...and then there is a plastic connector..
where the red and yellow wires go thru..the white plastic piece pops apart..and you have a
male and female end...(like an extension cord sorta) just remember like goes to like..
that is when ya hook it back together..the reds are on the same side as each other..etc.,
if it is in the power supply you can carefully take the cover off..it just unscrews. and the fan
unscrews out of that. If it is the CPU fan...get a flashlight, on the sides you will see what
looks like a silver buckle... it is spring loaded..one end goes over a tab, push the opposite
side delicately and it will push the other side over the tab and the fan comes off. No need
to remove the whole CPU. Do not lift the Bar handle at the side..this releases the cpu lock..
just press gently on the silver..chrome like piece. You will have probably saved yourself
about $40 doing this and it is so easy and will happen to you more than once if
you plan to own your PC for a while. This is Normal wear & tear for a PC.
