Here's Jacoby. A neat cat. Too bad his live had to start out as a stray,
and on a very hot summer. But Jacoby is struttin' his tuff stuff
in his new happy home and neighborhood.
This is B.C., which stands for Basement Cat...which is where she
was found one morning. How she got there and where she came from, who knows..except
maybe to get away from whom ever, cut off half her poor little ear. B.C. never did
fully trust humans, can you blame her? But lived a happy 14 year life in a loving home.
BJ was a tiny kitten stuck way up in a tree. We were out for a walk one
day,
and heard this meeeooooow...! But after we rescued her down.. she kept following
us, being no where's near any homes, and being all skinny, we figured her a "drop
off"
so we took her home, and she is now a very happy fat cat in a warm
secure home and loving family

Meet Baby Button, she was brought to me by a small 4 year old neighbor
boy, who could easily hold this oh so small kitty cat in his hand. Button must not have
been
more than 4 weeks old, and abandoned. The little boy, found the kitten hiding under his
daddy's truck. Button doesn't hide anymore, she has a wonderful home, thanks to a little
boy
Buttons's touching life's story can be read at Sykopat's Ward

This is Bright Eyes. She was a puny stray who was so starved that her eyes had
become infected. We thought for sure she wouldn't see again. even in a good home
always keep you kittens eyes clean, they don't know to wash well enough and can easily
get infections. Well her eyes cleared up thanks to the vet..and turned out to be a
beautiful kitten, that had no problem finding a good home to go to.

Muffin was a Manx Cat. She was given to us, which we later found out why. She could
not tolerate children. So we had to carefully find her a home,
with a single living adult, which Muffin did find and became very attached to her new
owner.
Perhaps as a kitten, Muffin was
mistreated by some children..it is so Important to teach your children,
that Pets are Living Creatures, just as you and I, and can feel pain and fear and should
be loved and treated gently, and to give the kitten respect,
if it wants "down" or not to be bothered with at
that time, then do so....don't torture and tease it, that could ruin a perfectly good
personality
and then the "cat" gets blamed (just as dogs do) for being mean or
unpredictable..so be aware
of how your children treat the pets, kindness will be good for the both of them

Misty was one of those cats in the newspapers. Free to a good home, due to allergies.
Unfortunately this happens allot. But Please be very particular to whom you give your
pet away to. If you can, check them out and even ask to come out for a "visit"
now and
then. You cat trusts you, to make a good judgement,
that will effect the rest of their life

Mommy cat and baby. Now talk about carbon copies..of cats!
Mommy cat was a stray that had kittens but her favorite of the litter..
was the one that looked just like her. Funny how cat litters
can come out, sorta like Easter eggs, no telling what you'll get, but,
you can always count on at least on "carbon copy" ha ha, all found nice new
homes.

Another example of cat carbon copies! here are Junior (our cat) and a drop off
(we average a few strays a year) we named Socks...we just couldn't handle any more
cats of our own, so Socks found a home elsewhere, although I was tempted to keep her
