Thanks for your request. My cursors are copyrighted and are only "free" for
personal use on your own computer. However, I grant permission for people to
use my cursors without charge for desktop themes if they will meet the three
conditions I list below. (Based on your email, these should not pose any
problem.)

1. That your theme gives me credit as creator of the cursors, including a
note that they are copyrighted by me and may not be reused without my
permission. The note should appear in your "readme" file so that people
directly downloading or otherwise obtaining the file can read it. Your web
page download link should also note that the cursors are copyrighted by me.

The following is an example for the readme file:

"The cursors in this theme are Copyrighted 1997-2001 by W. J. Harnden, Jr,
who granted permission for their use in this theme. They may not be reused
without his direct permission. He may be contacted at joescursors@yahoo.com.
You can find more of his cursors at
http://members.xoom.com/JoesCursors/index.htm"

The minimum copyright notice for the web page link is:

"Cursors are Copyright 1997-2001 by W. J. Harnden, Jr
(joescursors@yahoo.com). All rights reserved."

2. That the theme they are used in is suitable for viewing/listening by
children (no nudity or violence). This also includes the site/web page(s)
that sponsor/link to the theme.

3. That you are not selling or collecting money for your theme(s).

Please provide feedback on your intentions and good luck on your themes.
