Okay Here's the Boring Legal Stuff

But I will try to put it in general words first, then you can go on to the brain-twisting legal mumbo jumbo if you want.  It's like this: 50% of all the Photos and Backgrounds you see here...on any of these pages..I Took Myself or Created. About 30% of the Animated gifs, icons and sounds, I created..and all the Themes and Screensavers I  assembled from "parts" that I have Received Permission to do so with, or created with a graphic program  and I Do Not Charge A Penny for anything on this website...and I Do Not get any sorta of compensations for any product or site recommendation, whether commercial or personal webpages. The rest of the 50% of the Photos and Graphics I have gotten Permission to use or what I do to them....Does Coincide with the EULA or Copyright Agreements. The other 70% of the Sounds, Mids, or Gifs..I use,  I have gone to the owner's homepages and have received Authorization for use.  Now, here the tricky part, Some of the requirements for Some files (not all) of various use-ages are: to Not Offer as a Download but can used on page,  or to Include a Link on the page(s) which the item is located, or to include a copyright notice..giving credit. Some say the item Has to be Altered as to not reflect the original work as a whole, and not in it's original form, (which I have) some say it the file, cannot Exceed a certain "size", some say it cannot be more than a certain "number per page". (etc etc etc.) The things I do offer as a download..had no strings attached.. (that I know of) or I am the creator or is within user regulations requirements, or have permission to do so.  Somethings I Cannot offer as a download, (sorry) but you may acquire it at the original website..by using the Link on the page. ....BUT on those pages I Must tell you that those particular items are Copyrighted..and I only have permission for My use ...not to offer those files to you...and best you go to their homepage and get them the more considerate way. Besides, if you like the stuff I have used..just imagine what other really cool stuff they must have that you are missing..! My website is quite large because I enjoy making webpages, I am always coming up with new ideas..I think the internet is a great learning and entertaining resource. I Do Not use this for Profitable gain. I Do Not use my webspace for storage, Most ALL Files do have Links in one of the many many html's. (there may be a few strays here and there..say of backgrounds etc. that I have forgotten to delete after reconstructing a webpage..hey 230+ mb is allot to keep tracked of, I will try my best..to keep it orderly..) Allot of inner pages are currently under-going a new look...(sorry about that) for easier loading and downloading...and to be both Java and non-Java, and please give me time..I know some promised links are missing..I am getting there...I want to express my Appreciation to all software companies, and commercial and personal webpage owners who have allowed me the use any of their material. It must be really good work ...or I wouldn't be using it and I want to keep up good relations or I wouldn't have bothered to e-mail each and every one of you for permissions.
